      I'm 48, been cycling for about 15 years.
      Bloods are fine, prostate is fine, heart is fine.
      Physique is top-notch for someone my age.
      Side effects have been more mental: a bit manic while on, depressed and dysmorphic a bit while off.
      Overall: no regrets.
      See the doc. Get bloods. Start slow. Learn as much as possible.

      Cycling like a mother-fucker now, built and throwing plates around like it's going out of style. Gym is fucking awesome again and I don't fuck anyone over 30. I'll be 42 in April
      Save it for when your older and just eat like a mother-fucker right now and lift hard. Eat at least 2g of protein per every lb you weigh. You'll grow!!

      If you get a 12-16 week cycle I reccomend TestE twice a week say 250mg each time a week and EQ twice a week say 300-400mg each time a week
