Anastrozole Substitute
Nolvadex even though it’s in a different class. I think ADEX is less desirable compared to other options but this is my experience and opinion
Get bloodwork done to see where you are sitting before and after AIs and or SERMS.

I’d get it and keep it on hand until you get bloods done. In my opinion, TRT rarely requires the use of an AI.
