      Lightbulb What do you guys think of my cycle? TEST-e, D-BOL

      TEST-e :1-10 weeks 500mg 2x a week

      Dbol :1-4 weeks 60mg ED 15/15/15/15

      Nolvadex : 1-12 weeks 10mg ED----13-16 weeks 20mg ED

      Clomid: 13-15 weeks 100/50/50mg ED

      My main goal through this is overall strength, which i know will mostly be decided by my lifting, which is alot of compound, Olympic lifts...and of course my diet, which i am not to worried about as long as i can consistently eat around 5000 cals a day of solid food, its a football regime so i have a lot of speed/agility and conditioning ill be doing throughout the cycle.

      So you guys think this would be good to run for an off-season for a college linebacker looking to get fairly larger and more explosive?

      And i have been curious as to what the different opinions would be for what is the best compound/stack to run "in" season.. so in season its pretty much running hitting and just exercise intensive all the time with minimal lifting, bout 3 days a week, and with a lot less emphasis on cutting or weight and more on performance...so what would you guys say the best approach for that would be? just curious.

      First question is how many cycles have you run and what were they? Being that your still in college you really shouldn't mess with AAS yet, your natural test levels are high enough to accomplish what you want. Diet and training are your keystones to your development.
      Why would you want to run Nolvadex during your cycle? That should be used for your PCT regime. Did you mean Adex? That will help you combat gyno, if your suseptable to it. I would cut the Dbol to 50mg/day split twice a day for 5 weeks. dbol has a tendency to bloat so you may want to run Tbol instead.

      Sorry ill put up my stats, and the Nolva throughout the cycle is kinda overkill but i just want to be sure to minimize effects

      age:18 ill explain why im doing AAS also
      Weight:190
      Height:5`10
      BF%: Varys sporadically, (weekend of eating alot..abs gone... then they come back after about teusday with the core and speed work we do)
      Years of Training experience:7
      # of previous cycles: of legit AAS...0
      Diet plan: i eat clean no fast food/junk/, i stay away from the 5 c`s, and like i said because of the speed training im just worried about not eating enough, i have it zeroed in though around the 5000 cal range
      Cycle Goals: Primarily on explosiveness and strength, followed by adding size

      I know im 18 but according to F.I.S.T i have reached my natural potential, which i think personally i haven't but have been on a hard ass plateau for almost a year now with my strength and size gains. My bench is about 315(weakest lift,makes me angry lol), My squat is 550 due to a recent injury, i got two herniated disks, my deadlift is 500, varys on how my back is doing.

      I have been apart of powerlifting since i was a freshman in highschool and have fought the temptation for AAS ever since then, but coming here im looking at these upperclassmen, (especially linebackers) who are massive! with backs covered with acne...And iv been a plateau for so long, i have finally give into the peer pressure.
      -My friend who is a know it all has been trying to tell me how to do it but you are the guys I really trust with this and look up to, so i want to make sure you guys are good with this.

      Any advice even if it is negative i want to learn

      Oh and with the DBol, all i have are 30mg pills, should i just try to cut them up into three pieces? i have been ifffy about the dbol in itself and might drop it all together but i want to learn and start judging how my body works with different compounds for the future...and the size gains from Dbol are maybe a litttllle influencing lol...but im definitely ready to drop it just because i deem it unnecessary for my goals

      I know i was gonna get bashed for this, but i could be an 18 year old who just started lifting and wants to get big arms for the beach and impress my friends....but Iv been killing myself in the weight room for 7 years and ever since then my training has been with one main goal and that is to excel and be the best on the field, i have been through a lot that many 18 year olds haven't been through...i know many players on my team are using them, especially at the linebacker position, and if i was going try to win mr. Olympia naturally i would get nowhere. If i had no conscious for my health i would have ran tren when it was offered to me at 16 and i would prolly still be on that same cycle, i have done my research, know the risks, and know the rewards. I not trying to be that dumb 18 year old who is trying to bulldoze into the world of AAS, sorry if i come off like that

      I think I reached my "natural potential" around 27-28. Even at 25 I was growing like a weed. But it's your body and you'll do what you want with it regardless of what someone here says. At least you have enough common sense to research it and do it right before you put anything into your body. Your cycle looks like the typical beginner cycle. I would drop the nolva during the cycle until you feel gyno coming on. Instead, get an AI like adex or arom and use a mild dose till you get it dialed in. Be safe bro and good luck. Btw, aren't you worried the NCAA will test you?

      Alright thanks bro i appreciate the advice!...and yeah a little, they can send random drug test throughout the season..but it is only "in" season...the only mandatory test we all have to do is if we go to the playoffs.

      Bro, if I can give you one piece of advice it would be to spend more time
      planning your PCT than your cycle. Getting in is always easier than getting out, ask any criminal, firefighter, surgeon,....

      You seem to have already made up your mind, so if your going to go down this road, plan your escape route.
