TEST-e :1-10 weeks 500mg 2x a week
Dbol :1-4 weeks 60mg ED 15/15/15/15
Nolvadex : 1-12 weeks 10mg ED----13-16 weeks 20mg ED
Clomid: 13-15 weeks 100/50/50mg ED
My main goal through this is overall strength, which i know will mostly be decided by my lifting, which is alot of compound, Olympic lifts...and of course my diet, which i am not to worried about as long as i can consistently eat around 5000 cals a day of solid food, its a football regime so i have a lot of speed/agility and conditioning ill be doing throughout the cycle.
So you guys think this would be good to run for an off-season for a college linebacker looking to get fairly larger and more explosive?
And i have been curious as to what the different opinions would be for what is the best compound/stack to run "in" season.. so in season its pretty much running hitting and just exercise intensive all the time with minimal lifting, bout 3 days a week, and with a lot less emphasis on cutting or weight and more on performance...so what would you guys say the best approach for that would be? just curious.
