I would Run bloods for e2 and prolactin.

Are you taking AI? Just curious not saying you should.

Usually 50mg P5P at night ED will help.

Or .5 mg caber (Monday and Thursday) each wk can help.

I would continue cycle until i figured out what the issue is so u dont have to start all over next time.

When i get High estro i get cystic acne on my face, neck, & chest.
