I forgot all about gf juice, it also helps the effects of caffeine last longer if I remember correctly. Basically good idea to drink it daily to help the fat burning effects of caffeine during a cut. Thanks!

Awesome info thanks for sharing ive been looking into orals my friend tells me there are many uses to them im just wondering if there damaging to the liver or if that's something to worry about for ingesting orals

I'm assuming GF seed extract you have is standardized for 5,6-hydroxybergamottin (sp) or something similar? If so, I'd just use whatever is considered a serving size.

They are definitely used diversely. They can definitely influence liver enzymes but there are many things which can be done to mitigate this. Some will recommend glutathione by injection, TUDCA or UDCA, n-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), milk thistle, turmeric extract, etc. I would definitely read the sticky threads about orals/compounds and if you have questions start your own thread and then way more people will see your exact question so you can get more advice.

Great topic. When I was poppin oxy's I did some research and found that grapefruit juice (white) works well. And eat a couple antacids before. But another trick was tonic water with quinine. Guzzle some of that and give it a try. It allegedly helps with rls and leg cramps but I don't know. My wife is gonna think I'm getting stoned again.

I have heard this about the tonic water w/quinine, but have not done extensive research on it. I've heard a lot of anecdote but not read a lot additional on the topic. And yes, I do believe that the same enzyme with which GFJ interferes is associated with metabolization of steroidal compounds is the same one associated with the metabolism of opiates. I don't know how much more we can talk on those lines in this section of the forum, but on a purely scientific plane you're correct.
