I use to drink grapefruit juice or a little bit of baking soda and water when I was taking my address. I totally forgot about it since I had come off them but will start again for my next cycle

Just a quick couple of notes from someone who has used the grapefruit juice for years to potentiate several classes of compounds on the posted list of interactions:
1) The processing level and purity of the grapefruit juice makes a large difference. Many regular "grapefruit juices" are juice blends if you check the ingredients, and contain little actual grapefruit juice. In the USA, I know that Ocean Spray makes a 100% juice product which is 100% actual grapefruit juice. This is great, but to do one better, grab a whole (usually organic by consequence but not necessary) squeezed grapefruit juice. I get either Lakewood or R.W. Knudsen which are whole, unfiltered juices.
2) Keep your favorite antacids at hand, especially if you're doing other things that aggravate heartburn/acid indigestion/acid reflux. Grapefruit juice is hella acidic. Cialis + bulking + grapefruit juice = 300mg ranitidine and several Tums a day for this man lest I feel like I was shot in the chest with a flaming arrow.

I have used grapefruit juice for years and it works. I can not at this time as I am on BP meds and it would overdose me. Be careful and check any other meds you are taking to make sure grapefriut will not interact with them.

Excellent point, brother. This is very important because one can't even just make a sweeping claim about drugs to treat one certain condition. ATM, I'm taking lisinopril for BP and it is not on the interaction list. There are, however, literally a dozen or more CLASSES of medications with hundreds of individual compounds which are affected by the same enzyme blocked by GFJ.

Here’s a question for you guys, I’m going to be taking an order of 50mg Anavar here soon and I want to take the best dose for a dude so I was planning on cutting the 50’s in half and doing 25mg 3 times a day to give me an even 75mg a day. Would that 3 times a day be good or should I do the twice a day instead? Or even bump up to 100mg twice daily??
Thanks

Glad you found good info in here, brothers! Be sure to share it as I don't think the GFJ trick is used often enough. It's good for anyone whose stomach can take it!

I would start a separate thread in the AAS forum for this, but personally I wouldn't take more than 100mg a day of var without active monitoring of the liver through bloodwork. It has a decent half-life for an oral so you can get by with twice a day, but thrice sure won't hurt (especially if you go the 75mg route so you'd have three pieces anyway).
