Whats yall dosing protocols for MK?

Started at 15mg(just what I had at time). Then went to 25mg PM. Ended up using AM after some time because the sleepiness lessened and I was waking up an eating like a maniac at 2am, coffee/stims helped w am dosing and the tired feeling only lasted for 2 hrs and went away.(this was over a long period). Hope that helps

I am doing very well on split dose of 12.5mg AM and 12.5mg PM. Just feel better no drowsiness no swelling sleep is on point

Yes, mk677 raises fasting blood sugar and decreases insulin sensitivity- anything that increases gh can do this- so I take the metformin to combat this.

I havent had a noticeable effect or concerns with my fasting sugar. Effects ppl differently.

According to a doc I listen to the blood sugar should level out in bout 6 months of use.

GH helps regulate your sleep pattern and MK causes your pituitary gland to produce it. I have a sleep disorder where I can stay up for days if I don't use medication. But when I am using MK677, there are nights I don't need my meds and other nights where I only need a small dose of what I use for sleep. Also love the increase in hunger due to the impact on ghrelin by MK677. You have to eat pounds of food to put on pounds of muscle. Nothing helps me more with eating than MK. And since you asked about dosage size, I use 25mg like most people.
