      How much cardio for test-e and Dbol??

      Hey guys i was wondering what everybodys opinions are for how much cardio should be done on a cycle of test-e and Dbol..a bulking cycle?

      Like if very little cardio is done will fat gains be to much?...or will to much cardio hinder bulking gains?

      I would say that everyone is different and it's easy enough to increase or decrease cardio depending on how your body is reacting, what you're seeng on the mirror and what the scale says.

      Obviously with bulking you'd want less cardio. My opinion is that fat loss and fat accumulation are more effectively regulated with diet than cardio.

      Wether a cycle is a bulk or a cut is less about compounds and more about diet, guaranteed.

      If you find that you're gaining more fat than you want, it's best to change your diet than to try and remedy with cardio alone.

      But not knowing your stats it's hard to advise you of anything really.

      If you are bulking and still want to do cardio I would suggest 30min 3 days a week and that's it. You don't want to overdue cardio while bulking, but as dontwork suggested diet is the key in maintaining how much fat you gain.

      When I am having trouble adding weight I cut out cardio all together. Listen to your body bro it will never steer you wrong.

      like i always say no cardio is good cardio! lol jk im just lazy i try to hit a small cardio sesh a few days a week and 1 good cardio sesh a week on my off day

      thanks bro! thats good to hear cuz ill be forced to do alot of cardio come spring time, and im just trying to put on weight right now so i havent been doing cardio, and since i haven't been doing any i was jus wondering if thats a bad idea or not. thanks

      And this doesn't mean sprinting for 30 min. Walk on the treadmill at 30% incline, speed 2.5-3 for 20-30 min.

      Plan you caloric intake and eat every 2-2.5 hours. This will speed up you metabolism and you will store less fat. You will feel it in no time. By week 2 you will be starving at 2 hour mark.
