have run sust,deca, dbol, mast. tren e. whinny, cyp.
this will be my 6th cycle.
Test prop, tren a, anavar. Awesome lean bulk if u keep a good diet!
Diet is the key to staying lean and growing, it's tricky. too many and the wrong macros and you gain fat; too little macros and you don't grow lean muscle. the comps will help but its tough.
add masteron and proviron to the mix would be my only comp additions and stay on top of cardio.
Test prop/tren/winny.. has always been the go to for me.
That's what I was thinking. I'm thinking of using the mast, tren,prop blend and upping the amount of prop. I would like to do a short cycle 6 on 6 off. I've never run short esters before so need to see what a cycle would like like if you could.
What about diet? how many cals/day? and what percentage of protein, carbs and fat should I be aiming for. I've read that tren makes it difficult to do cardio because one gets winded easily.
You'll need to rely more on stair mill, and incline treadmill for longer periods if you get winded easily.
I'd need stats to rec macros, but at least 1.5g protein per pound of lean mass and carbs are gonna depend on your sensitivity to them. You may even need to cycle them to keep the fat gain down. There's a decent article on PM entitled Growth Principles for beginners, its a good read. You gotta start somewhere and adjust as needed. It takes a little time to dial it in especially trying to bulk lean. 6 weeks isnt much time even with short esters to dial in a diet.
Stay around 3000 cal's.
1 - 1.5 times your body weight of protein split.
Take carbs as normal in the am meals and be easy on the crabs for your evening meals.
Stay away from the shit sugars.
If your running a cut blend like 50/50/50, run it 1ml daily and add a .5 - 1ml of prop daily for good measure.
And depending on how you gain and loose weight - def do cardio 3 - 4 days a weeks or 30-45 min a day. Mix up some light treadmill, elliptical, bike, and stair machine. (elliptical works best for me)
