Carditone definitely, low dose cialis. Lots of routes to go here but carditone tops my list. Hawthorne berry, coq10, arginine, garlic, red yeast rice, etc.

IMO the most effective starts at #1.....the top 4 are a must IMO. The last 3 are excellent for lipids.

Do not take Red Yeast Rice without the Ubiquinol (CoQ10).
