Kubes is right about Estro being necessary to add mass. All depends on your specific goals. If it's to move the scale, bulk up, & add strength then I keep estrogen @ 100 + and run HEAVY Nolva to keep gyno at bay. In this case an AI will lower estro but not have the same attribute of blocking estro at the receptors and more so in the breast tissue.

The rule of thumb I use is if your test is 4x what Normal range is then estro should be as well. So like Riggs is saying if your test level is 4,000 ng/dL tgen your estro could be as high as 150 pg.ml and get the most out of your cycle. The idea of keeping estro at or around 40-50 pg/ml would be for those on trt

I agree here too. Really do.

Another point is when I am heavier I can move more weight. My old logs substantiate this claim. Higher estro accommodates adding more body weight. My joints feel stronger more durable and less injury prone, under the immense stress of training balls to the wall, in an effort to build more muscle mass.

Yall think i should just cut the AIs for now and let that estro rise? Never really dose AIs at all until I felt a need for here recently nipples were getting real itchy and sensitive

The only way to know is to run labs. .5 mg 2xew keeps my estro round 90-100 on 750mg test ew

My test to estro conversion rate could just be low I guess...u never know with AIs trying to find that sweet spot with micro dosing. I got bloods done about a month ago I had a 52 and prior to that wasnt really dosing AIs on a continuous protocol it was more like nipples got puffy Id pop .5-1mg if adex wait and see and then pop more if needed.

No shit? Wow. I have always been under the impression that the sweet spot for Estro was between 30-40. I never knew there could be a benefit over 100 or that Nolva could even help prevent gyno if you got as high as 125-15. Good info, I’ll have to read more on this. I wonder if I’ll feel better loading my AI dose and letting estro jump.

Just run Nolva for the itchy nips man. It'll ward off gyno and you'll estradiol will come up.
