      Shred cycle

      What’s up bro’s and brod’s?

      I’m looking to shred up off this cycle I’m about to run. I normally don’t ask anybody for their opinions but I I figured I might be able to get some good pointers from the brotherhood.

      I’m currently weighing in about 190 give or take also I’m 6’1. My body fat is in the 16% range. This is not my first rodeo I’ve ran damn near most AAS except a select few.

      Anyhow my goal is to get my body fat % down to 10-12% and still maintain at 190 I don’t wanna go under 185 lbs and I don’t wanna climax over 205 realistically would like to be sitting at 195/200 with 12%.

      My body is fairly out of shape I’m like skinny fat right now due to my laziness and being a couch potato during this damn pandemic. Unfortunately I let myself go. However this isn’t the first time doing this, although I know my first 2 weeks back will be hell.

      I’m going to get macros down to a 40 pro/ 40 carb/ 20 fat and I’ll consume about 2400 calories. Mind you I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I don’t take any preworkout as that shit is just not meant for me. I might as well rack a few lines during my workout if that’s the case. All jokes aside though that stuff makes me sick to my stomach every brand I’ve tried, it’s just not for me.

      I also have Tbol on deck and I think I may pick up some more provimed to run it all the way thru from the beginning of my cycle. Also on hand is Aromasin which I have a question about. I’ve actually never used Aromasin only Arimidex so my question is when should I start taking. I’m not really prone to Gyno and never had any major side affects except the last cycle I ran my nipples did get some very light abnormal sensitivity and I was just running test e 300. Should I just keep it on hand? I will be doing bloods before during after and 3 months after pct.

      One hell of a plan man. Surprised you don’t want to use HCG post vice during, but I read back and forth on that aspect all the time. At first I thought you were saying 800mg of Clen a day. Lol! Like ya ok. Nice setup and good luck man

      Takes over 2 weeks for var to start kicking in good . I’d run var for 6 weeks min . I am starting week 4 prop , var ( 50 mg per day ) , and Anadrol and up 18 lbs with veins popping everywhere . My favorite outside tren .

      Personally, I’d save the clen for later in the cut once calories have been dropped a few times. Clen really shines in that scenario stacked with t3. I also agree with the above about running the var longer. Depends on how well you tolerate orals, but most can get 6 weeks of var.

      Thanks for your input brother! I ran tren mast and test stacked once and never again for me. I was a beast in the gym but a complete mental - paranoid mess. So I just wanna stick to the test as I get great results as is. I’ll have to put in another order for the Anavar and while I’m at it I’ll grab more Proviron just so I’m running that 50mg ed on the entire cycle. I know it’s given me great libido last time I used it and may have been a placebo but I didn’t have much water retention especially in my face when using that.

      I’ve never ran clen so I’ll take your advice and hold off until give or take starting like week 4. What do you think about that? I’m afraid of fucking with t3 as I’ve read a lot of potential thyroid issues after using it. Is this true?

      t3 is generally pretty safe. No such thing as thyroid shutdown. Basically, thyroid wakes right up and returns to baseline about 3 weeks after coming off t3.

      Honestly? Absolutely no disrespect but you've over thought all of this.

      I think its complete overkill in a few ways.

      If you just got done running tren and mast and are still fat, that should tell you that your diet is way off. You don't mention any cardio here and that might be your issue. That might be what you list as a 'mile' if so, please elaborate.

      Your cycle is basically test, var and winny. Your labs will suck and you will be back here asking why. The winny will kill your liver and var will kill all lipids.

      I see no reason to take hcg so long and so soon and no reason what so ever to take the nolva and proviron. Those are too old school and aromasin is soooo much better . Run the hcg in the end, I know some advocate taking it during but it makes no sense. HCG is designed to get your hep axis back in order, as long as you are injecting extra test, it will never be normal. WHen you are coming off cycle, thats when you want to blow up your balls again.

      The clen would better suited if you put it off a week or two. If you gain some size and lean out from the var and winny, the clen will finish things off.

      Again, not bashing you. Ive been there and done that.
