What to run when leaning out
So fellas in somewhat of a quandary. I’m gonna be spending lots of time in hotels the next couple months due to business travel. All hotel gyms are closed so I got some pretty decent workout bands. Figured I’d lose some weight during this time then eventually start a bulk cycle after leaning out. In the mean time besides the trt cyp I’m running what should I add to help keep muscle and help with the leaning process? Maybe low dose Tren? 2-300mgs ew? I have npp and Eq on hand.

Any compound can help retain muscle during a cut, but it will all come down to your diet. Anabolics are not very good fat burners... That being said, as a powerlifter after a meet prep I always drop to a cruise dose for a few weeks and then to lose the extra fat I put on during prep I will usually use low dose tren (150-300mg/wk) but as well as NPP treats me I may try it next time instead.
I also monitor my calorie & macro intake like a psycho which at the end of the day is what makes a cut successful or not

Can't beat tren and mast. tons of options though, low dosed NPP would work as well, especially stacked with a bit of var.

It’s all gonna boil down to diet bet if you stay away from the wet compounds you not have to be as strict. The bands are great. I ordered them so I could do all the lifts at home I did in the gym that were cables. I had to order 3 sets to stack enough weight though. Just keep that in mind you won’t have enough resistance to do lat pulls and things like that unless you get another set or two. I also like it so I can stack heavy and light resistance without have to change them out all the time. I also ordered a couple 20 Dalit sets of industrial handles. The ones that came with my bands were to flimsy and broke to easy

If you're interested in finding out, it's quite simple... Start with
Protein at 1 gram per pound of body weight
Carbs at 1.5 grams per pound of body weight
Fats at .5 grams per pound of body weight
A 200lb man would be 200p-300c-100f and that equals 2,900 calories
That should be about maintenance for a moderately active guy, but everyone is different... I'm 220lbs and if I ate that I'd lose 1.5-2lbs per week nd some guys can bulk on 2900 cal.
What you have to do is eat exactly that much for 7-10 days and see what your weight does

Diet + Cyp + NPP + Var, TBOL or SDROL. That will keep your gains
If you have questions or need a list hit up Red Bird at [email protected]

I like that combo. I used to love tren but now it just makes me feel sick when I run it

I can’t find those Dalit handles online.

They have them on amazon for 19.99. Don’t remember the name brand but they are commercial grade handles that won’t break
