How effective is this? Also how do you recommend it be done with long esters?

I did it last cycle with test and eq, I think it definitely cut down on the time to kick in, gets your blood levels up faster

Front loading eq is the way to go. I def think it kicks in faster.

i have tried it out on my last cycle, but i only frontloaded the 1st week. i had a good sense of well being 1st couple of weeks but didnt notice anything special from doing that. the idea is to have you at peak levels quicker. there may be more than one way to go about frontloading, but i just doubled my 1st weeks dosages of each compound.

How can this even work unless you use shorter esters? I mean 2cc of test e 250 is going to release the same time as 1cc will, right? It's just double the amount when it does kick in.

Frontloading Equipoise

Another effect of the long half-life is that to achieve reasonably prompt effect, a large frontload is needed. I recommend that the first injection be an amount equal to 1.7 – 1.8 times the amount that will be used per week, plus the amount of the usual injection. So if for example the ongoing dosing will be 200 mg twice per week, on the first day the frontload should be about 900 mg.
Most do not do this, and as a result they experience little effect from Equipoise until many weeks into the cycle. For this reason, it’s widely claimed that Equipoise cycles need to be long or otherwise they do not work, but this really is not so. I've always front loaded my eq. I just thought it was normal. I don't know about 900mg of front load though. Rockshawn, I'm with ya on that one. That's a lot of oil. I front with extra 3 to 400. That's about it.

Would it be effective to dose with a shorter esther? like test prop for the first two weeks or so, or wouldn't this work? just curious.
