it settles nothing . its a post that could have been written by anyone. from everything ive read and from my own experience ive found frontloading to be completely uselss and only resulted in huge hormone fluctuations. End of the day everyday everyone has different opinions, try it for yourself and make your decision instead of just blindly accepting what youve read (this is why aas is scrutinized because everyone just parrots the same bullshit without trying it)

Do you know anything about Medicine or becoming a Doctor ?
What a Doctor does is " Pratice Medicine "
This means it's not a exact science and each Doctor has there own beliefs from the combination of what he was taught or has experienced .
Front loading works for some people and not so much for others .

I always wondered what people met when they said front load, well now i know. Great read.
