NAC
Can I take this year round? Would there be a significant benefit to doing so? Anybody take it long term? I've always just used it when running orals but I'm considering staying on it. I'm reading it may help protect the kidneys which ain't a bad thing to start thinking about as I get into my 30s.
I take 600 mg twice a day.

Yeah, NAC is a great antioxidant, you can take it year round and that's no problem at all. I take 600mg per day because I have to take a lot of meds and I want my liver in peak condition. I'm planning on running a cycle with a methylated steroid, and I'm going to add TUDCA which everyone raves about too. You can read about NAC and TUDCA on examine.com and see all the studies and info.

I’m running it continuously to help boost the immune system.

You can. But for what your goals are APOlactoferin is better, if immune system is the focus.
