Anybody have these and know how to get rid of them without a doc? I use cetaphil for my face and it works great but doesn't work with arms and side. Currently not on a cycle and haven't been for while. I'm running ipam at 300mcg daily for over a year

That is concerning........Just an educated guess, but from the limited info provided I would surmise that your body is reacting to the drug in a negative way. Short of seeing a doc, I would take a break from the ipam or try another brand.
Do you mind posting a pic so we can see what you're dealing with?

Get them on my side as well but not on the back of my arms. Do you shave?
No don't shave but I'm like OCD and pick at em haha. I'm just takin ipam,protein,Multi, fish oil, vit c, saw palmetto, digestive enzymes, pro biotic, shit like that. They don't itch and they are very small and spaced apart u can squeeze them and they pop.i don't shave and I don't know how to post a pic.
