blood pressure issues

Is there a normal protocal of suppliments/meds that I should take for my bp while on cycle?
I have heard that milk thistle is used but I was wondering if aspirin had any lowering effect on bp.

I heard a baby aspirin a day is good for BP. Also CoQ10 is a great supplement for your heart and fish oil.

I like a baby aspirin, cayenne pepper capsules 500 mg x 4 per day when on along with a couple table spoons of apple cider vinegar for elevated BP. Hawthorne Berry is also a supp that some use for BP issues. Milk Thistle is good for a liver detox while using orals.

aspirin is a blood thinner. not a remedy for BP

that is true.......thinner blood will result in less pressure on the walls of blood vessels while blood is pumping from what I have heard.

you may try several otc supps like garlic, fish oil, coq10, & hawthorne berry which all promote cardiovascular health which may or may not bring down your bp. i have taken that combination previously and it seemed to help assist me just fine.

I use Hawthorne Berry, but it takes a couple weeks to build up in your system. Along with that I also use Celery Seed Extract which starts working on your blood pressure immediately.

water pills are effective and safe. for some it can cause some joint discomfort. there are other meds of course but try the water pill first.
