I am just coming to the end of my first proper cycle and I am trying to make sense of these bloods..
I had full blood work prior to running test and deca and should have done bloods half way through but given the current situation I just kept going.. now the cycle went well, energy was up for the most part then I one point I felt like I was crashing my E2 so I backed off on the AI. Apart from that and my life style and routine slipping a little towards the end I have been feeling quite happy about it and have leaned off a bit and gained a bit.
i don’t know how to measure or guess my BF but I know I want it lower. Currently I am 109kg at 6’2”, when I started the cycle I was around 103kg.

What levels should I have been aiming for? What is optimal? Should I have used more E2? Less T?
