Thread: T3 and T4 for weight loss

I have both on hand. Has anyone every used both for weight loss and what dosage? I am 6 weeks out from show #1. 44. On 100mg of test p/mast a/ tren a EOD and 50mg of Anavar.

Currently 220. Vascular in legs and upper body. See striations in chest, delta, and quads.

T3 only. T4 is simply a storage container. T3 for 4 weeks at no more than 75-100 mcg a day. T3 is only active 4 hours, so I space my dosages accordingly

I hear so many conflicting things in regards to taking all in the morning or splitting. I thought half life was 2.5 days...and when splitting. Concerned with absorption issues? I am eating every 3 hours.

Everything I know about Tiromel, is that it has a 4 hour active time. I honestly don’t know if food has anything to do with the effectiveness of T3. I haven’t found it to be an issue.

Did read something along the lines of needing to take T4 while on HGH and not T3.

WHY YOU NEED T4 WITH YOUR HGH

I have. Tons of articles. I won’t use HGH. Don’t see the need for it. I got the T4 by mistake from a supplier. And he then sent the T3. Otherwise i would never have the t4

I’m curious on your comment of “don’t see the need of hgh” care to expound on this?

I am just a local dude bro. Won a show and I do pretty well. I have qualified for nationals and the plan is to do master nationals. 45-49 class. For my goals and pocket book (lol) I just don’t care for it.

Now if I get top 10 at nationals and make some
noise. I might considerate it but for now. For what I want to do. HGH isn’t in the plans.

there is nothing wrong with it. Just not for me.

At my age..I think it would work wonders and wouldn’t have to use a lot. Obviously price is a issue with all the other crap I take. If the possibility of become a bro is a option in master class. It’s something to consider.
