Nandrolone aromatizes @ 20% of the rate of Testosterone. What Nandrolone does do is promote growth of connective tissue not just skeletal muscle. It's IMO a large part of why we move the scales easier on Nandrolone but don't get the "wet" look. I look full asf and a bit "round" or "swole" but it's actually a good look on me. No extra weight around the waist line, bags under the eyes or loss of vascularity.

IME Nandrolone doesn't help specifically my joints to a large degree. How I describe it is I can lift heavier with less feel of stress on my body. IMO Nandrolone is a miracle hormone and commonly over looked by the regular AAS user. It's the closest hormone to the Testosterone molecule with less sides. It's why many users run a Nandrolone only cycle. Which I must add in theory is an ok idea but in reality is a bad idea. The body identifies and needs Test. Test has it's own specific stimulatory and inhibitory interactions with other hormones. This is necessary & does not occur with any other hormone. It's akin to drinking Gatorade all the time. The body needs water not Gatorade.

I can always change gears and run higher doses mid cycle. I however adhere to laying out a protocol, keeping a highly detailed log/journal and seeing the protocol through. Adjustments happen next cycle...then you see that protocol through keeping a detailed log/journal. IMO it's what separates the men from the boys. This course of action along with past logs/journals is what makes all the difference. IMO of course...
