      Gyno surgery?

42 6’ 205 not as lean as I should be but better than 95% of men I know my age, My abs show Okay def no gut. I blast and cruise test e (600mg/wk on 100-150mg/wk off). Have run tren and others but I’m gettin old for that.
      anyway,

I think I might have had a little gyno during puberty. I never got bitch tits or anything but my nipples or more so Areola (man that sounds weird) has been kinda “pudgy” for ever. It seems to get better when I’m at the peek of my cycle or my chest is swollen or even when I’m really cold. But any other time I don’t like the way u can see it through my shirt. I think I do a good job keeping my e2 in check (not as easy as it used to be in NY). A few times they have gotten sensitive and I could feel a small lump under the nip. Aero took care of it, only lasted a day or two and hasn’t happens in a while. I was wondering seeing as its a lot less of a problem than most who get corrective surgery, if I got surgery would the scaring be noticeable? Would I ever have to worry about gyno again? How much does it cost? How’s the recovery time? If it is actually breast tissue will it get worse or better if I lean out more? Do any of the brothers have a better recommendation?

I've had 2 gyno surgeries. Mine was from puberty and the fact that I was 30%+ bodyfat most of my childhood and adult life. When I started AAS, believe it or not I felt like it got better... Anyway to answer your questions.

      1. The scarring is barely noticeable, and keep in mind I had complete areola revision... fucking twice lol
      2. Depends on your surgeon. Mine refused (the first time) to remove the entire gland. Reason being was I was 30% bodyfat and if he did, my chest would have looked terrible. Fast forward a year later, I was 12-14% bodyfat and he was willing to remove the remaining tissue for just the cost of anesthetics. If the entire gland is removed, then yes. You can royally fuck up your cycles and not worry about glandular growth.
      3. Mine was done by a well known cosmetic surgeon and was about $7,000. I also had 500CC of fat and tissue removed from each side so it was a big surgery. This included follow ups, scar therapy, etc. IMO I'd have paid $10k+ for my results. More than satisfied
      4. Recovery time is short. I was in the gym after 2 weeks. Just doing extremely light stuff, no stretching or pec work. 4 weeks I was easing back into a normal routine. 6-8 weeks I was at 90%. Doc said have at it after 10 weeks.
      5. If it's actually glandular breast tissue, at an extremely lean BF you will definitely be able to notice the puffy nips.

      Hope this helps bro

Life liftpower said, I’ve had it twice. Once from my job under insurance, they didn’t do it right then again under private practice.

If you have gyno it’s not hard to tell and there is no question. If there is a good lump there, no SERM or AI is removing it regardless of what people tell you.

Get the survey, ask them to remove the entire gland AND do lipo unless you’re like sub 10% BF.

It’ll be the best decision you ever made.

Thanks for the quick response fellas. Is it strange that it’s seems to come and go or that some days are worse than others? The lump never got bigger than a pea. If I push on my nipple with one or two fingers there is a sharp pain directly underneath my nips on both sides. What type of specialist would be the best? Am I looking for the same surgeon that does implants in women? Is there any chance Insurence will cover it? I doubt it cuz it’s really only cosmetic. Unless there is something I can say that changes that, maybe the pain idk? It sounds like something I’m probably going to try and do. Maybe I’ll get big pec and bicept implants while I’m at it. Lol no thanks always thought that was so gay. Who wants to look big and then get there ass kicked by some little guy. Unless u have a real deformity or issue with one side or something maybe then maybe it makes sense.
      thanks again.
