I agree. I will add that adding Proviron is rarely a bad idea for libido however in this case I'd consider taking a minimal approach to figuring out what's causing the loss/decrease of libido.

Is it blood flow...maybe hormonal...lipids jacked (which Var can do)...what are his stats and experience...is he also on Test...lots of variables I'd identify before adding another hormone.
