What's up Brotherhood! I finally got my labs back, I have an awesome endocrinologist she's been rxing me nolva for about 2 years now for some gyno I had developed off a run and failed pct almost 3 years ago anyways she's always willing to do labs and this time gave me a full panel so I'm looking to you guys to help me figure out just how well my gears working. Shout Out to Riggs for being a genius coming up with the idea for a synergy-x blend of test-p, mast-p, npp 100mg each, so I have been running that at 1ml eod, and started 100mg of trest ace eod as well about 2 weeks ago or a week prior to the labs dropping to 50mg 4 or 5 days ago. wasn't using an ai only nolva at 10mg eod and 10mg 2x day the opposite days when I do my 500iu hcg, I have started aromasin at 30mg eod down to 12.5 in a few more days I'll explain why the ai Now..
I've felt good if not great the entire time thinking the mast was working as my ai almost a little too good I thought UNTIL labs for estradiol came back last week..now I did them at about 8am fasted shortly after my morning injection of synergy100/trest ace 100
Standard range being 32.0pg/ml mine was 116.3

I was shocked but then figured out I had been irritable and moody lately that must explain it therfore why I started the aroma, hoping to get it Down to the 40s . If someone thinks its too much or too little aroma please feel free to comment,

now I've never had shbg tested but she added that in and it was
Standard Range 11 - 80 nmol/L mine being 27

Not sure if that's good or bad..

Total Test Standard range 300.0 - 1080.0 ng/dL mine was 5032.0
Free Test Standard Range 47.0 - 244.0 pg/mL mine was 1924.0

Now I know that's a good number but not sure HOW good, I know ng/dL is nanograms per deciliter not sure but the others either way I appreciate any feed back on where to go from here, now 3 or 4 days ago I've stepped it up to about 50mg each of test p and mast p with the synergy 100 and trest ace 50. So next up in waiting to hear from her asking if I'm on any supplements or gear and I'll probably tell her I got some test booster lol anyways thanks for anyone and everyone that's got the time to break a little if this down.

Sounds like it’s working. Not too sure about the estradiol but I’m told low shbg is good

Thanks bro, I was thinking the same thing, and I'm surprised because doesn't dht derivatives like the mast p in running raise shbg?

Was the Estradiol test a standard ELCIA method, or a LC/MS/MS? If it was standard then tren and trest show a false high for estradiol...

Wish I could screen shot it but the app won't cause if a security thing but I'm guessing a basic one it just had the levels and values and says Estradiol Test

You want estro to rise SOME. You cant jack up your test and crush your e. There is an ideal ratio.
E should rise as test rises, ais are just to keep estro below the level where its causing unwanted side effects.

If your test is naturally at 700 at e around 40....
The when test is at 1400, where should your e be to keep the ratio? Theoretically, at 80.

116 is kinda high.
Somewhere between 60-80 is good on cycle if your total test is over 1200.

Aromasin isnt going to eliminate existing estrogen, it prevents test from converting to estrogen. 12.5 2-3X/wk is a good place to start. Stay on the aromsin and it should come down over a week or 2.

Yea I kinda figured that, normally I'm around 750 test and 45 estro, so then I'll start taking the 12.5 caps i got i figured I could start high to get a good level in the bloodstream quicker then maintain with 12.5
So you made sense out of the fact I wasn't having any serious estro sides like I said I noticed the last couple weeks I've had mood swings and got irritable over petty things and that's not me so I'm guessing it has to be the estro being up there if it is. I appreciate the info man really helps! Gonna get them done again in 3 or 4 weeks see how the estro is doing.

Wanted to update on my progress

I started off in January with test levels as low as 114 with baseline being just above that and average around 5 or 600,
I noticed the lack of purpose let alone every little aspect of being a man shortly before getting tested i lost a good 20lbs of lean mass..
Once the results were in we identified the main issue so the endo tells me my insurance pays for the gel more willingly so I've been using it pretty consistently since the end of January this being only 2 months later the test results seemingly phenomenal with Levels over 1000, that's just in the 2 months since I've started
noticing by week 3 or 4 the gains of almost all 20 or 25lbs lost almost all lean, sex drive has been amazing, I really have nothing bad to say about it aside from the shirts during sex sometimes and having to make sure the kids and wife don't have contact with my upper arms chest and abs sometimes if I've applied it...

now I'm wondering if I threw an oral line turinabol or dbol in if I could get a little extra benefits from it? Also if the endo takes me off it I'm going to still need a pct it being exogenous test correct?? I'm already on Tamoxifen 10mg twice daily...
