      EQ

      What would be the minimum dose of eq that can be ran that will still help, with hunger, endurance, and muscle gain as well. The meat and potatoes of my cycle is Test/Deca 600/450mg, Some may say it is not needed but there are certain things from eq I would like to bring into my cycle, I know it has to be run longer for the effects that's nothing new to me. I am just curious some of the lower dosages you guys have ran and seen positive results, I'm trying to utilize my gear with minimal dosages not just slamming heavy mg's, I appreciate all input everything is welcome. Stats are 5'11'' 190lbs 12% bf and Im looking to add mass basically, Im aware diet is a huge part and I have put in the time and research there im taking in about 4.5k-5k cals ed.

      If ur 190lbs, 12%bf, consuming 5,000 calories ED and not adding noticeable, quality lean muscle mass size then I have nothing of value to add. 12% bf is low considering your caloric intake.

      I outweigh you by 49lbs and I take in 3500 - 4000.

      With Test and Deca along with 5,000 calories ED you don't need a 3rd hormone. Especially at 190lbs.

      With those body stats, macros and AAS protocol you should be packing on lean mass quickly. If not then maybe you're heavily over training, depending too much on powder shakes and not whole foods, or you're not consuming raw high quality foods.......I don't know bud just throwing ideas at ya.

      I've never run less than 700mg of ED and as much as 2g a week.

      In regards to the length of time we run Boldenone...if you pin it for 6 weeks then the peak blood plasma levels of Boldenone will peak at week 6ish and rapidly decline from there. You'll still have it in your blood for a bit but it rapidly declines. If you run it for 16 weeks then the only difference is the amount of tike you have to train while blood plasma levels are peaked and you'r blood is fully saturated. So 6 weeks of EQ is not at all a waste but it's not the way to get the most out of Boldenone. I alleviate all of that and front load.

      The main reason I am looking to add the boldenone was for the increase in endurance and also the increase in RBC that it can bring, as a result of being anemic I am easily winded and recently have been noticing some lethargy, before I get hopped on and yelled at its something my dr's are aware of and we are trying different treatments along with scans looking for bleeds to see if that causing it, so far nothing discovered, so I thought maybe the eq would be of some benefit

      No one is gonna "hop" on or "yell" at you bud.

      If they do I'll shut em down as quickly as they started.

      We are a drama free board & I won't tolerate the keyboard warrior bullshit.

      Haha thanks Riggs I appreciate that, I've been here for some time and I've never been attacked or anything verbally, other boards aren't as cordial, I like it here a lot of good info, and embers watching out for each other thus I throw out my questions.

      My only experience with EQ was 300mg taken every 3 days for 16 weeks. My Hematocrit and RBC were always low-mid range even after 4 years of AAS use. Nothing seemed to move my levels up... until I ran EQ. my Hematocrit went 48.8 (last blast) to 51.4. RBC 5.08 to 5.57.

      I would run it again but it increased my hunger too much and I already have a HUGE appetite so I was starving 24/7.
