Please chime in with your experiences bros.

I’ve ran all compounds at every dose possible it seems as high as 2500 mgs total of gear weekly. Which isn’t as high as some but pretty high to me. My opinion now is that over the years I’ve underestimated how powerful certain compounds really are.

This is assuming the gear is real and dosed at what it says it is however, a lot of people think TRT doses aren’t really anything but I think people including myself truly underestimate how strong 200mgs of actual legit test can be or how strong real Tren actually is. After over a decade of running cycles, my opinion is 200-250 test E preferably and 200-300max mg tren ran together on a weekly basis is more than enough to build an incredible physique. I’m not talking Olympian or national level type physiques but solid consistent diets with those dosages will transform your body and reach your full potential.

I personally don’t see what 600-700mgs of tren really benefits you considering the health risks compared to 250. I also didn’t notice much of a difference running 600 mgs compared to 250 of tren. Maybe a little but not compared to the health risks associated with it.

This is where I want to hear from you bros on your experiences. I’m sticking with my dosages no matter what because I’ve found that it works for me but I think it would be really interesting to get other peoples input on their experiences. Also if you’ve ran higher dosages from combined compounds if you noticed if that made a difference. I’ve never personally ran more than three different ones at a time. Also I’ve trained with some incredibly massive, strong and ripped people over the years and the top three guys I’ve trained with never ran more than 800mgs a week of stuff. I’ve never achieved their level on physique so clearly genetics play a huge role, which mine are average but after finding out their cycles which I know they weren’t lying because I was the one pinning them. It just showed me that I was probably taking more gear then necessary given my genetics.
