The dose of tren for beef cattle mg/lb of body weight... When converted to a 200lb person...
25mg/wk!
Thats it. Like John said minimum effective dose.
I didn’t know that, that’s insane bro! Lol thanks for the perspective

can you clarify what you mean bro? Are you saying tren directly has a better effect on contractile muscle or just lower doses over time does?

I’ve noticed the same thing in terms of dosages, especially with tren and test. I’ve been up to a gram of test a week and the benefits definitely don’t outweigh sides for me at that dose. 600 a week of test seems to be optimal for my body, anything over that I’m bloated, nearly crying in every movie the wife and I watch, and acne. With tren, I’ve never gone over 450 a week, but I’ve found that 300 a week is tolerable, though it still takes a certain mentality to deal with life’s bullshit. Currently running this stack for last 7 weeks and have put on 17 lbs of mostly good weight, every day I seem to be looking fuller and bigger. I like to take at least 6-9 months off of tren to let my bloods come back to normal and let cell sensitivity come back.

I can't comment on tren I don't run it at all, as for the low doses. I feel running low to moderate doses with solid diet and training in place yields better quality mass/muscle gain in the long term vs blasting very high doses often or for too long. Yeah you gain mass faster with high dose blasts but is it worth the fast weight gain and potential negative health repercussions? It's like 1 step forward steadily vs 2 forward back 1 from the health and longevity perspective. I hope that makes sense. People will do what they feel is necessary to reach their goals though so to each their own.

How long with you run it before you take that break? I usually take off the same amount of time that I’ve been on. I used to run 28 week cycles of test and tren then pct then off for that long but now I run 200mg TRT year round add 200-250 mg tren in for about 26 weeks then drop the tren for that long off which usually ends up me being on tren during the summer months into early December then off until this time of year.

yeah bro that makes sense and I think the 1 step forward is a good way to put it. Why don’t you like running tren? Have you found something that you think works better?

I don't run any 19nor derivatives, I'm prone to estrogen and progesterone side effects. Just had gyno surgery almost 2 months ago, never again. That and I didn't like the mental health issues tren sparked the fuse on. Personally I think primo is the goat, with some others close behind.

The truth is, you can run as much gear as you want and it's not going to do shit for you if your diet isn't what it needs to be. Most people could cut their dosages in at least half, fix their caloric intake and adjust their macro split, and get much better results.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I could not agree more with this, sticking a needle in your ass is the easy part and if that was all it took we would all be on stage... diet and work

Absolutely agree! And I've written this before and it NEEDS repeating... Get your labs done twice yearly, or more if you change something. It's amazing what you can find out by simply investing a few hundred bucks on full labs. It's so important, but like many, I didn't do this until I was nearly 40, now it's been done twice yearly, I've been on a higher dose of TRT and will never come off, 200 mgs per week, and some extra stuff during the summer, just don't tell my doctor ... My wife found out she was vitamin D deficit by getting labs done. I'm telling you, go get your blood tested.
