Anyway, what would a comparable dose of Aromasin look like? is there a ratio? like 12.5mg = .5mg?
I would say run bloods to see e2 but on 200mg test trt, I wouldn’t take anything. If you did need it per bloods, diet or decrease the TRT dose.

I'd assume, since he's being prescribed Adex & Test, his Dr orders bloods and his Estradiol is/has been monitored.
I have friends who add Aromasin alone, do not add exogenous Test and their markers level out. I have to use an AI with 200mg Test E a week. Goals come in to play as well...I do cruise on 200mg Test E/200mg Mast E and with that protocol I'm g2g. Cruise I keep Estradiol @ 60.

Well I wouldn’t assume. I have two friends who are on TrT of 200mg, MD recommends 1mg adex 2x a wk no matter where their e2 is. Yes they test it but it doesn’t drive the recommendations. It’s typically TRT clinics that do this.

I'll omit "assume" and add "hope." IMO a Dr who prescribes an AI for the purpose of lowering Estradiol without ordering bloods is taking a shot in the dark & is ill-suited for both Dr & patient. Especially considering the patient can do his own bloods checking E2 levels for @ $50.

Are you assuming? (I'm fucking w/ya)
Seriously tho why would they have test results but that not "drive the recommendations?"

I asked myself the same question. Most TRT clinics do this. They fear e2 and don’t understand it. One of my buddies crashed his e2 bedside of it and his MD was clueless.
His recommendation was more labs, could be something wrong but keep on Test and Adex.
It’s a piece of the industry that’s a mess. On top of that most MDs won’t Rx an AI with TRT because according to them, “there is no science based evidence to show it’s needed.”
