High blood count question
So my doctor is on me for my red blood counts elevating. There are many medical problems that are linked to this, heart disease, lung disease etc.. We know that it's the Test raising these counts and when you go "off" they return to normal levels. My problem now is that I no longer go off, I'm a TRT lifer now. There's always donating blood which is proven to drop those levels. My question is does blood-letting lower the effect of that precious gear enough to matter?

You talking RBCs? Hemoglobin? Or....?
Yes of course 19nors, EQ etc will increase RBCs etc But so can testosterone over time and elevate hemoglobin.
Easiest solution for any user is regular blood donations. I have been doing them for medical reasons for a long time, and it will have little effect on your cycle. I don’t usually donate mid cycle but I have no issues.
Of course hydration is

Donating blood works for me... Keeps my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit in check. I'm no doctor. It's best to consult with a doctor who you can be completely honest with. Yes, always, always get your labs done, but it's important to meet with a doctor who understands TRT. They will help you interpret the results. Yes, it's important to understand the levels yourself, but it's critical to get input from a doctor. They will help you, as long as you find one that is understanding AND understands TRT they will help. Trust me, you are not alone and the right doctors are very common now.

If your hematocrit is high, then regular whole blood donations will bring it down a bit. Also prescription angiotensin receptor blockers (telmisartan, losartan, et al.) have a side-effect of lowering hematocrit. Their primary use is for lowering blood pressure which can get high on blasts.
Lots of cardio will reduce hematocrit levels as well. This is a known issue with long distance runners, but I would not want to do that much cardio and still expect any size to stay around.

Grapefruit seed extract, start taking it. Telmisartan is a good one to look into. Nattokinase is good for platelets if you’re having issues there.

Donate every 60-90 days. People need the blood.

When donating, they will ask you some questions that you would say YES to if you are completely honest.
People need the blood, and us roid heads are harmless. Just say NO I don't use needles.

Exactly this! Do you use steroids or other injectables not prescribed by a physician? NO To assuage your conscience many people on here know more about hormones and side effects than almost every physician I have talked to.
(If you are on TRT) Did your doctor recommend you donate blood? NO Some places will refuse your blood if you answer yes as they believe you are "pressured" to donate blood.
But if you are taking any of the forbidden or restricted medications (Finasteride, Dutasteride, Accutane) then do not donate, or if you do scan / fill in the "do not use my blood" option as these can mess with fetuses in pregnant women.
If it's just anabolics go for it -- think of the lucky recipient of your blood. They will be setting lifting PRs after they recuperate from surgery!
