I usually stick to glutes, delts, and Quads,but I decided to try biceps for a new site as well as some facia stretching. Other than the fact that I forgot to aspirate it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I shot 5/8ths of a cc of test prop into my left bicep and I will do.the same for my right tomorrow. BTW, I used a 25g by 5/8" long pin.
