It's likely you're experiencing an E2 spike due to down regulation.
But yes I am rarely able to keep my BP in its normal range with anything over 200mg of Test E a week.

I usually am right around 120/80 but yesterday I was 140/90

140/90 is too high on cruise IMO especially considering you'll be cycling at least once a year too. Long term exposure to high BP definitely has a negative affect on the heart and other organs.
How is your RHR?
I'm ok with 150/90 on blast. But never on cruise. On cruise (200mg Test E week) I wk to keep my BP in the 120-130/70-80 range. Nothing higher...period. I'm just coming off blast, cruising now and last week BP was 126/76 and on my bloods all other health markers were almost back to within the reference range.
I encourage you start an OTC protocol asap.
