I can't reach my lat very well and my pec cramps up too.

Traps aren't bad just not a go to for me.
Yup, I'm a lat man, myself. Just like the other guys, the glutes can take a beating over the years. They are a no go for me, but the lats are fantastic. I still remember the first time hitting those virgin lats, it was fantastic, smooth, no pain, no scare tissue.
Thanks for the reply.Sorry about the glutes with you as well.Man, ive never had issues with glutes thank God.Do you take breaks from gear? Ive always cycled off giving my body time to reboot, recover and rebound so I guess thafs what helped me with the lack of permenant scar tissue?
Lats is my #1 ever since someone called me Mini-Dorian Yates, I developed several back routines, for the widest lats around I swear by starting with 3x wide pull downs when I get to bent over rows I start with 3x wide bent over rows, for the thickness close grip starts the routines, I LOVE heavy muscle tearing bent over rows barbell and single arm Dumbell After, I love seating cable rows neutral and close grip. There's just SO much you can do man. When everyone starts their routines with chest im doing back to start.

I use pecs, delts and occasionally triceps although it's pretty awkward sometimes to hit triceps.
