The blood work most guys order doesn't include all health markers affected by Tren. Prostate, heart, DHT, Pancreas, brain function (Hypothalamus, Hippocampus), SHBG, DA (dopamine), PRL (Prolactin), Progesterone, just to mention a few. I would never even consider cruising on Tren.

We must have periods of time where we allow our body to normalize. IMO long term use of Tren will not allow this to happen.

I've used Tren for yrs and would NEVER consider it on cruise. IMO that's just all kind of wrong. Thing is I've been preaching this for a while but guys are inevitably gonna push the limits with Tren. I've learned to stop preaching and in due time they learn for themselves the hard way. I can't count how many guys I've seen do their 1st pin of Tren, they're gonna be different and figure out how to minimize sides only to have em posting in the future that Tten ruined their life or they can no longer run it for a long list of reasons.

Suicide, divorce, anxiety, left ventricle complications, enlarged Prostate, reduced Pancreatic & bladder function, elevated RHR, Liver damage, Kidneys are mangled, elevated BP, unhealthy levels of PRL, lipids are jacked & coming off after long term use can lead to serious mental health issues. Depression is very common.

Also IMO we've done a good job of lowering the doses we all run to @ 200-300 mg but we need to keep going. IMO 20mg Ace ED (140mg week) or 60mg Enanthate M/W/Fr is plenty & what I plan to run and log next time. That's gonna still be a while tho. I've been off for @ 6 weeks and I'm finally feeling good again. I don't realize how much I feel like shit on Tten until I come off.

Nandrolone is the closest AAS there is to the Testosterone molecule and IMO if you insist on running a 2nd hormone it's a good option for a cruise at 200mg a week. It's very therapeutic IMO. Tren...is not at all therapeutic in fact IMO it's the polar opposite. Its a harsh hormone.

Generally speaking...long term exposure to exogenous hormones is not advisable. The Androgen Testosterone yes. Others not so much.

I gotta admit I see guys looking for excuses or posting seeking approval/justification for running higher doses or running hormones for longer periods of time. Guys are always pushing the envelope with AAS in the hopes they can achieve the physique of their dreams. IMO it's very destructive and they're shooting themselves in the foot.

If they would apply the same passion to proper diet, proper timing of food and understanding their specific response to exercise then that's how they reach their goals. Start a thread on Tren and the responses are abundant. Start a thread on proper diet and it's mutha fucking crickets. This is completely ass backwards.

Been doing this 23yrs now and what I've learned is 90% of what we gain with drugs we lose when we stop using em.

Sorry for the rant. Not trying to stir the pot just stating my opinion because I care about my fellow members & their health. I'm not the guy to say shit like "man up and do it" or "if your Liver doesn't quiver you're not taking enough."

What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%...is BB'n a lifestyle for you? How serious are you? What's your AAS experience? How long you been in the lifestyle running AAS?

I wouldn't cruise on tren all year. I will say pros run tren year round and some even go up to 1200mg a week and up.

I had very serious post surgery complications due to Tren use. I was on blast leading up to the surgery. My organs were seriously stressed and it made coming out of anesthesia difficult on my organs. My bladder wouldn't restart. Ended up with a catheter in for 3 weeks & that shit is fucking horrible. A real live nightmare having a gawd damn hose sticking outta my dick.

IRISHOAK is a good friend to me, he described it as "demoralizing" and he's spot on.
In my first cycle of tren-e, I was doing 400mg a week. I was still on a TRT at a men’s clinic during this time. They did the bloodwork...my next visit they walked me back and said whatever you’re taking stop. And maybe see an oncologist. You have blood markers that suggest you have a rare cancer. I just laughed and shook my head. I stopped taking it and did bloods again 4 weeks later. I had recovered about 90% of my normal levels. Tren does some really funky shit. And it’s hard on the kidneys...or in my case, kidney.

      I misread this originally.

IME 8 weeks is ample time to make gains and minimize sides. I get skull fucked @ week 6+. For this reason IMO Tren accumulates in the brain. Maybe it's a matter of blood plasma being fully saturated. I don't know but what I do know is around week 6 a bomb goes off in my head.

Duuuude YESSS. I'm learning, now that I have multiple guys coming to me, that it mangles our Kidneys which if combined with an enlarged Prostate has a profound affect on the bladder. It also affects the Pancreas which leads to poor digestive health. Usually this is all combined with elevated BP which also has a profound affect on the Kidneys.

As the years have passed I know tons of guys who have been on Tren for yrs now. Off and on of course. We're now finding out Tren is seriously stressful on our organs.

You wanna look good for the Summer sure run a good Test P/Mast P/Tren A/Winny cycle for 8 weeks and be done with it.

      Just my 2¢

Honestly, after doing 4 weeks of mast-p, I look like a hulk. And I weigh about 184 and that’s it. 8 weeks of that is more than enough for me now
