For what its worth you really need to look at why you want to take gear and get larger. Is it an ego thing or do you plan on competing?
If its ego, IMHO stay off a little longer. You're still a kid, still growing and there is no sense in altering your natural test production unless its low, so a full blood work up is almost mandatory.
If you want to compete, understand there is no money in it. It's a sport that's around to stroke our ego's, so speaking purely as a 53 yr old ex competitor, there are better things to get into to stroke your ego.
I started at 18yrs old playing D1 football, under a doctors supervision and while I can't blame all my health issues on gear, I've certainly had more than my share of injuries that I probably would not have had without it.
SO assuming you will ignore my advice, if you're positive your diet and training is spot on. Your 500 mg test E is a good starting point. Have some aromasin on hand just in c ase you need it. 12 to 14 weeks should be plenty followed by an equal amount of time off. Follow that up with added gear only if you withstood the 1st cycle with zero sides.
