      Cycle advice

      Contemplating on starting a cycle at my age now (21) TEST E 15-20weeks

      I have studied gear for a while, very serious on training and eating, this is my lifestyle now.

      What are your suggestions/advice/cautions?

      Do baseline bloods. You have a rare opportunity to gain insight as to your natural state before you hit the 1st pin. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IMO.

      IMO 16 weeks is more than enough time for any cycle.

      What are you'r current stats? Age (21), height, weight & bf%?

      What weekly dose are you considering?

      I encourage running OTC's for organ protection. Heart, Kidney & Liver and keep an eye on BP & RHR. I'd also consider Cialis for improved vasodilation. This will likely help with BP too.

      If I could go back to age 21, I would do two things.

      1. Get bloodwork before ever touching PEDs
      2. Run Test at 3mg/kg for 16 weeks as a first course

      That's just me though, I'm a slower, more conservative, hoping to live to at least 50 years old type of guy.

      Just wondering why the pre determined 15-20 week range? If you plan to PCT and re achieve your optimal levels that is a bit long imo.

      Riggs mentioned bloodwork. Definitely 100% go to a place like Privatemdlabs.com and get yourself the more thorough panel for $180 -

      The coolest thing is to look back after years of gear use and to actually see improvements in most of your markers. I was a pack a day smoking, sedentary job having, mild alcoholic with bad bloodwork.
      Now many years later I have never looked healthier, inside and out! Well some people think the veins are unhealthy lol!

      Consider the cycle length, maybe tone it back to like 8-12 weeks and get a GOOD PCT plan in place.

      Also just spend the extra $30 or so and get NOLVADEX or Raloxifene. The latter is preferred. That will keep gyno mitigated completely while you blast the test.

      Consider having an AI on hand but I am much less willing to deploy AI's so quickly anymore. Controlling the gyno is easy with Nolva/Ralox, and you dont end up feeling like garbage as your estro flys all over the place.

      With all of that in mind also consider that when you come off, you will need to continue the nolvadex use.

      Also have you considered HCG while on cycle to give you a better overall PCT/Recovery experience?

      1. 300-400mg/wk test e or c
      2. 8 weeks (see how you react before commiting to a 3-4month cycle)
      3.USE AROMASIN (NOT nolva or adex) 12.5mg eod (do not start this till week 4)
      4. When you come off, just COME OFF, do not take a bunch of other endocrine disrupting drugs thinking thats "therapudic" ... Its not.
      5. 5% Nation Liver & Organ Defender (3caps 3X daily) this will cover all the sides and protect you.

      Thats what I would do.

      I might get knives thrown at me, but at 21 this is what I would do:
      1. Do more research
      2. Eat more food and clean
      3. Work harder and train harder
      4. Hold off a bit until at least mid 20s

      It’s a big leap and there are many upsides and many downsides. So not only know the compounds but what they do, how they effect your systems on all levels, etc

      If you must, follow what Riggs and Irish are saying.

      I agree with what Pharmahgh in regards to HCG. Running it IMO will maximize gains while on cycle and help coming off not be as hard on you. With this addition tho I'd go with what IRISHOAK mentioned and that's Asin at 12.5mg E3D "or" EOD.

      Again we need to know what ester you're considering as in Test C, E, P, PP, U or Sus?

      I also agree with 3-400 a week & 12 - 16 weeks. 300 is ideal IMO. For my 1st cycle at 23yrs old I ran 250mg Sus a week and I added 25lbs in 10 weeks.

      First always do blood work and tests to know if you have any disease or problem , then you need to decide what is your goal ? do you want to be a good athlete and compete ? Do cycles at your age only make sense you your goal is to live this lifestyle. Even if you chose that road you should start very slow, in beginning you dont need to much stuff to have results . For me first cycle is always test only at 400 to 500mg week and have arimidex and tamoxifen on hand , do that for 8 to 12 weeks . Remember we want to be huge and ripped but also healthy , without your health you can do nothing .

      -21yo
      -86kg (Lean ~~12%BF)
      -almost 6'1

      500mg TEST E, I plan to run for 15 weeks.

      The biggest and honest reason I posted on here is because, A lot of people tell me I don't need it, as I have a good shape, they always point out the bad effects, hair growth in weird places, acne... etc

      I just want opinions from more experienced people starting at this age,

      PS Im almost hairless, no beard, no body hair. Full head of hair.

      For what its worth you really need to look at why you want to take gear and get larger. Is it an ego thing or do you plan on competing?

      If its ego, IMHO stay off a little longer. You're still a kid, still growing and there is no sense in altering your natural test production unless its low, so a full blood work up is almost mandatory.

      If you want to compete, understand there is no money in it. It's a sport that's around to stroke our ego's, so speaking purely as a 53 yr old ex competitor, there are better things to get into to stroke your ego.

      I started at 18yrs old playing D1 football, under a doctors supervision and while I can't blame all my health issues on gear, I've certainly had more than my share of injuries that I probably would not have had without it.

      SO assuming you will ignore my advice, if you're positive your diet and training is spot on. Your 500 mg test E is a good starting point. Have some aromasin on hand just in c ase you need it. 12 to 14 weeks should be plenty followed by an equal amount of time off. Follow that up with added gear only if you withstood the 1st cycle with zero sides.
