I think I'm on the same boat I'm no expert not at all just have done some research. I'm 44 years old 6'1 209 lb and at this point I'm just trying to maintain. Been running 300mg of Test a week and 50mg of var ed for the past three weeks. My weight hasn't changed but I can see a difference in my definition and haven't lost any muscle mass. I'm not trying to get any bigger just wanna maintain what I have and lean out. So I feel like this combo is working.
