Testosterone/ Estradiol

I am currently just cruising on a little higher dose than I would normally 500 test cyp. My test was recently tested it is over 1500 unfortunately the test was capped. My estradiol was 75.4? I do not have any issues other than high sex drive and a sore elbow.

Can someone help explain the relationship between the two? I have looked and looked but couldn’t find a good explanation. I know Riggs used to have some explanations but those chats also have a lot of extra to scan through.

Any information would be helpful.

You're just a high converter is all. If no gyno and all is well I wouldn't worry about it

Don't know if he is a high converter with a capped test. This is just a guest but with a high sex drive I would say your test levels are between 2500-3000, only way to know is with new bw. I looked up the relations a while ago and don't remember everything but a good test/e2 ratio means a good sex drive, better bone density, better muscle to fat ratio, better prostate health, better sleeping habits and more, I just can't remember all of it. So I would say your good. As far as your elbow, if it's just one, maybe just bumped into something or a slight strain at the gym. Try some heat and ice and give it a little time.

Good point. I don't convert shit and automatically think of myself which is not a good reference. Good call

Even if your total test was 1500, 75 for estro is not bad. There's no way to derive total test from the estro read unfortunately, everyone converts differently.

I am not currently taking any adex or Asin either. I feel good and will probably ride this for a few months.

I always have Asin on hand, I prefer over Adex. Adex can tank your estro quicker if you don't keep an eye on it and it takes a while to rectify. I know the test/estro relationship has more to do with the ratio than the numbers themselves, but since you don't know your actual read, you may want to monitor your estro and maybe take some Asin if it starts to head any more north, don't rely on feel, not a good gauge. good luck brother.
