Donating blood while blasting
Went in for my blood work a couple of days ago and nurse called back and said my hemocrit levels were high and need to donate blood every 2 months. I just started my blast of 750 cyp a week 200 tren enanthate and 50mg a day of anavar. I was wondering is it ok while taking so much to donate.I didn't want to have any complications

Perfectly fine and actually recommended i used to do it once a month when blasting big especially when i was running eq years ago your good

How high is your hematocrit/hemoglobin?...the red cross will deny a donation if your hemo is 20 or over...

Unless he's got a doctors note stating he has donate.

Been donating every 2 months for over 20 years. It’s just a good habit to get into and seems to keep my numbers in check.
