Well something I've found is that sides are different for us all, and what is gold for ourselves could be toxic for another...

Another great factor is age and the body changing... Rewind years back I could run things with no issues that now if I run in even a fraction of the amount it just effects me so bad that I have to just avoid it altogether!

So if you know your body, and you experience something when taking it... listen to your body above all else! Your own experience(s) are always the best teachers regardless of what someone else's experiences may or may not be for we're all different! Just have to find what works out best for you!

100% agree with this I am 45 now and its been years since taking Test E tried it recently and that shit made me crazy, the way I felt I wont ever put that stuff in my body again.
