I made a thread on Anavar and 20%BF. And just read this thread. Would there be any benefit to Var when trying to reduce body fat, if it's higher? Pretty sure I'm lower than 20% now. Or does this Compound need to be used in the 12% or under BF?

The mild, retainable gains that you'll get from anavar will be the same regardless of body fat, you just won't be able to see the awesome visual effects that var provides until a lower body fat.

As far as fat loss goes, a lot of guys use var when cutting to help maintain their muscle, but I don't believe the var itself is going to do anything to help accelerate losing fat.
