      Honestly? 1gram of test a week. That's it. I felt like a walking god and gained an easy 30 lbs (and yes, there was a decent bit of bloating).

      When people say eat like a beast, usually that translates to eating like a slob. Clarify what you mean by "beast". I'm just curious, bc I've been eating protein every two-three hours in solid food form as much as possible, and carbs with it for the first 4 meals of the day, little or no carbs like last 3 meals of the day usually. Would this not be beast enough lol... I'd just like to know so i can adjust accordingly.

      Let me clarify that I'm not going on an all out bulk either. i really wanna get a little more lean with my size, so I'm not going "beast" mode right now. lol.
