How's things been going with the YK11?
I was reading about your experience with it more recently and wondered if you had anymore to report on.
Been thinking of trying it myself and seeing what happens, but I'm in no hurry at this point as I've got a few things I've been working through with slight tweaks n what have you so I want to wait until I'm fully 100% and feeling good in my training before I embark on something new, so my first goal is get back to hitting my PR's comfortably/pain-free and then maybe introduce something new like yk11 after as no sense in adding some extra awesomeness when I'm still having to baby some nagging injuries.

Im close to being ready to start a full cycle with it. Ive been very up and down, good days, bad days. I want to be fully commited to it before I start. I am back in the gym after a while off. Ive gotten my test back up to cycle levels and added masteron in.
Its going to take me a few weeks in the gym getting back into condition to do serious training.
There will be a full-on cycle log and I will detail the YK-11 experience.

Get it brotha! Good to see you're back at it. I ran inj yk and loved it.
Sucks getting going again after time off but I'm sure you'll bounce back fast.
We havent had alot of interaction on here yet but I just wanted to say, i wish you and your family the best. I'm not a religious person but I'm praying to whatever is out there to look out for you and your fam.
I'll be tuned in to see how the training is going.

Big topic:
What are your current thoughts on insulin timing (pre/ontra/post) for the goal of hypertrophy. What about GH?
Does this change when recomping is the goal?
