If your gonna try something new and are really looking forward to it then my best advice and this is from personal experience too. It’s get yourself to a decently lean BF% where you can see your abs pretty well visibly first and that’s purely nutrition not drugs. Once you get urself there then the real FUN begins. You’ll get to really see how your body reacts to certain compounds and enjoy them so much more . I’ve been read something by I believ it was Justin Harris who explained it in much more detail and sense but when your lean your body responds to gear so so much better and your AR receptors work even better too. I’ve used Ment many times and it is an awesome compound and is now one of my top 3 or 4 favorite compounds abuse it’s so versatile. I gain size and strength on it like nothing else compares and it’s very clean size not watery or sloppy. Libido through the roof and as king as you stay in top of stable blood levels and side effects if they come up it’s a wonderful compound. I do see alot of people using very small dosages which is great but they stay there. I’ve started low and moved my way up slowly over time and let me tell you Ment @350-400mg week is unmatched .
