Thread: Injection pain severe 7 days

I’d try a hot compress + massage for the lumping. Oil may have hit dispersed. Body could have issues with the carrier oil too as I forgot to mention

Oooo love that! Lol everytime I hit a nerve in the quad my muscle jumps so much the pin comes out and I end up stabbing myself wherever it lands on the rebound of the jump. Lol

Ahh ok it is possible you hit that nerve. With you saying it lumped up pretty good it does sound like it.
I dont see any reason youd have permanent pain or damage. Like alot of us I've ran cycles with 7 or more pins a day of different shit. So I've ran into probably every issue, 99% of the time whatever it is. It goes away after a few weeks. I hit a nerve or artery in the glute once and my whole glute and some of my ham was black and blue. That one scared me but the bruising went away and all was fine.
By now you would know if it was infected so that's at least scratched off.

Probably just a bad inj. Sometimes we hit a bad area, push too fast, body rejects some of the solvents, oil leaks sub q ,etc. just keep an eye on it as you never know. If any redness or itching develops, may want to see a doc and get a course of antibiotic. Any bruising ?

Thanks GLorySpecialist....No bruising whatsoever. I wondered if I should massage to break it up a bit. I'll try that and hot compress. Today it seems a LITTLE bit better...Slow progress is still progress. I'll take it.

I've read where it "crystalizes" somehow? Not sure what that means or what the symptoms are but maybe that's what's happened a bit too.

Ok thanks, Loomer. Makes sense. That bruising you had would've freaked me out a bit. I really appreciate everyone's feedback and insight. Bigtime...I'll keep checking back for comments and will my status and progress.

Hopefully others can learn from this...if nothing else....INJECT IN THE OUTER/UPPER GLUTE.

I usually have some pain and swelling in an area I have never pinned before or have not pinned in a very long time. Always goes away after 4 or 5 days.
