I hear you Jaxz but trust me, after what happened in the glute, I did it VERY carefully and by the book. I've been on TRT for 4 years or so and injected in the quad countless times but still went and looked at a few diagrams to be sure I was in the right spot, went slow and steady, etc. I dunno...

No. if you read what I wrote, it will make sense. NPP usually has a tiny bite or PIP. If you injected fast, or into virgin muscle, or a good amount, it will do that. Be be honest, it’s part of the process.

Cool XXL. I forgot to mention that I did half dose of the NPP in the quad... 1/2 cc which would be 50mg...regardless, must just be my body's reaction THIS time even though it's my 3rd cycle of NPP.
I just hope it's not another 8-ish days to feeling normal. All part of the game I guess....

Is this your first quad shot? Is this your fist run with NPP? Ts a shorter ester so it can have some pip. Just depends. My first time, same experience. Now it’s minimal but, I pin small amounts each day with slin pin to prevent any pip. But also EXOs NPP has none.

have to inject in the penis for less pip ! it's what the pros do to have a big package on stage as well !! 1000mg carefully not to get any in the pee hole because it burns

Third run with NPP. No issues with first two whatsoever, with any compound I’ve run.
Did measly 50mg in quad. Half the dose. Quad is swollen, increasingly so it seems over today, and hurts like hell to walk and even more to bend my knee.

I just hit upper quads today used 25 g 1 inch. 200 test c/e, 200 mast e, 200 NPP. No pip, no issues. 2 ml injection took 10-15 seconds for total injection.
Sounds like a brewing issue.

Update: yesterday (over three weeks from injection) was the first day I didn’t feel pain in my quad. Finally did leg workout felt great. I dunno…I’ve run 3-4 NPP cycles with the same sponsor.
I tossed the NPP. No way would I consider risking the pain I’ve had. Not worth it.
fwiw, as per the sponsored recommendation I got on anabiotic (urgent care gave me cephalexin) but I don’t think that really helped. I don’t believe it was an instant infection ya know? Whatever …
I’m just glad I’m back to normal. Sometimes normal feels so good ya know.
So I stopped my cycle of dbol test NPP back when pain started…will run a cycle of some sort at another point minus any NPP I guess.
