      wet vs dry compounds... cramping/strength

      I cannot do anything of a "drying" nature by a long shot, everytime I try to dip my toes back in the waters of such I am immediately slapped in the face and sent right into pain city where I have to back off training...

      I can tolerate a little bit of anavar pre-workout, but tren, mast, eq, sdrol... it's insta-cramps/locking up and the inability to exert my full force as things just lock up...

      Test, deca, dbol seems about all my body can take anymore...

      Really blows in the sense that I love how things like mast give that little extra aggression and when I don't lock up on it, I have a great deal more of force to exert... but during the off-chance that it instead locks me into a cramp, then it's too crippling and a hinderance...

      Just a bit of a ranting post here...

      I've discovered it before, and yet once again that I simply cannot do any compounds that have a "drying" effect, it just kills me and forces me to take time off whilst whatever the offending culprit exits my system.

      Being that I'm predominantly strength focused, what have you all found gives you the most force output that isn't along the lines of dry compounds? Because I keep beating my head against the wall trying them only to learn again and again that I cannot tolerate such.

      You said it brotha. Test deca dbol for me and my strength goes way up. My body loves deca/npp. Maybe try mixing test with 1 dry and 1 wet. Test ,tren ace, dbol?
      I say tren ace just in case you start feeling pain. You can cut it out fast. .

      Also fish oil and vitamin c help lubricate joints and help with tendon health.
      Or... you can add in igf-lr3 which is known to really do good for tendons and ligaments.

      Personally I'd run 1 wet and 1 dry with igf and any supps that help joints and tendons. If I was in your shoes

      You're definitely right there! Unless it's something on my safe list and I want to give it another plunge I'm going to opt for the short esters so I don't have to wait so long for things to exit out if things go south!

      electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, stretching are going to be your main things to keep an eye on. also not to keep your estrogen to low.

      It all comes down to minerals, you are depleted in. Which isn’t allowing you to hydrate your cells, muscles etc when doing drying compounds. You go into using them depleted.

      Hydration is a huge factor, I'm always drinking a buttload of water throughout the day and constantly filling and refilling my bottle that I carry everywhere with me. When things started getting bad I upped the salt in my diet, started using magnesium again, just ordered some more taurine too.

      The only difference is this time my left bicep just seized up and I thought it would've passed or dwindled some by now but it's still holding extra tight and can't take a lot of pressure without the sense of pain... keep stretching it out and hammering away with a ball but no bueno so far.

      Nonetheless, I know it won't remain like this forever so no sweat, it's just an annoying hinderance in the interim...

      Being that I alternate between 200-400mg of test depending on cruise or blast (I never blast high numbers as I don't get the return that'd be worth it), I've actually found I fare much better with no AI, I haven't had any bloods in a while though so who's to know what that actual number might look like, but for me I'd def want to have estrogen circulating around as I've dealt with the flip side of having had things too low and that wasn't fun at all!

      Anywho, I appreciate all the input! I wish it were easier to figure out as to what compounds possibly leech or diminish what minerals, etc. in our bodies!
