I am running test and I've been having a lot of trouble developing a normal sleep pattern during the night. Anyone else experience this?

no, i doubt testosterone would be the problem
Damn. It just started when I started taking it.... I'm back on crack too tho (jack3d) lol so its prob that. Although i have a pretty good tolerance to caffeine and never had problems sleeping after taking all those pre workouts before.
High dose test does it to me! advil pms helped.
Are you training late at night?
I you drink caffeine during the day your brain craves glucose at around 10-11 pm at night and Ur wide awake, but u think Ur just having trouble sleeping because your thinking too much and worrying about other things but its your brain craving glucose I learned this a long time ago, try getting ssome carbs at night carbs seem to make you tired so by loading at night this will help with out taking mmore drugs. Just a thought. I always turn to other ways to handle things than drugs. Taking more things to combat pter things always ends up in more problems.
GG - i hate taking more drugs too. However, I can't do the carbs, bc i gotta shred some of this fat around the midsection. I have been staying away from carbs after dinner time (7 or so) and it's be going great so far. Sucks ass bc I'm craving carbs now. Really want a fruit smoothie with my casein....
2nd2none - I have been training around 5 or as late as 7. Usually around 5 or so, though, and I obvious take the pre workout right before I hit the weights.
I bet it's the pre workout and your glucose keeping you up bro.
i bet its the pre workout thats what happened to me so o lowered my dose of pre workout ant took it earlier
I drink pre workouts when I wake up and throughout the day. Instead of coffee ha but u need to feed your brain before bed or don't take the caffeine.
