Only way to know for sure is like your doin slowly elimnate one thing at a time and watch how your body reacts. Or start over using one item and gauge it before adding another. But just from looking at first post my guess would be the cardinine. This should be a lesson though not jus for urself but to a lot of people. So many people run these multi compound stacks and have no idea what’s doin what. There jus making these stacks cuz they read or heard another person who claimed he made insane gains on this or that. I’d your running 4 compounds how can you really Target what’s doin what? Moral of story is start with one compound (test) and add one thing at a time and wait a few weeks to really see how your body’s reacting before addin another item. I see cycles tha are 4,5,6 items and I can guantaree they’d be gettin the same gains if they were only running 2nsometimes 3 of those items.
