      Tren Bulk Cycle: Lets get technical about nutrition

      Im starting a bulk and want to get my nutrition really dialed in for a clean bulk. My plan is to start at 3,200 cals for 3 wks then increase to 3,600 cals, then to 4,000 cals making sure I keep my macros at ​50% Carbs, 30% Protein, 20% Fat. What's everyone else experience with nutrition requirements while running tren? What do you think of this plan? Too much/little food? Should I Just start to 4,000 calories? Macro distribution ok?

      Nutrition (moving up in calories in 3wk intervals)
      3,200 Calories: 50% Carbs, 30% Protein, 20% Fat
      3,600 Calories: 50% Carbs, 30% Protein, 20% Fat
      4,000 Calories: 50% Carbs, 30% Protein, 20% Fat

      Body
      203lbs at 9.0%BF

      Cycle
      Tren E 400mg Weekly
      Test C 250mg Weekly
      HGH 4IU Daily

      Supps
      Arimidex 1mg
      P5P 200mg

      Tren Bulk Cycle: Lets get technical about nutrition

      What your metabolism like man?

      What do you typically take in calorie wise when not on cycle?

      What’s your training intensity?

      From my experience, I can’t get fat-er on Tren and it’s hard for me to eat enough. Especially with the HGH.

      I like to start on the higher end (with around 60-70g of fat and as many carbs as I can take) and work my way down so I’m not wasting anything or rather not gaining enough.

      My maintenance is right around 2600 calories, but definitely doing a more intense workout on cycle. Im doing 6 days a week for about 1.5hrs each workout at a high intensity.

      Ya I was thinking about ramping up much quicker on this cycle glad to hear thats what you do. Does anyone else ramp up their diet on cycle or do you just go right to the high end?

      I'll probably cap my protein out at 300 (which is 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight for me) and start moving up more on the fat and carbs.

      Last time I used tren I hate to eat 300 grams or more of carbs per day. Actually went 12 hours with no food and started going hypoglycemic.

      The nutrient partitioning of tren is one of the best attributes. You feel like trash, but your metabolism is running at it’s best.

      Usually put my calories 3-500 above maintenance on the second week of a cycle. Then stay there through the cycle.
      I try to cut weight while I cruise.

      Knowing some more Info like your stats height/weight/ training experience/body type also helps a lot. What bf% do you estimate your around? I ask these things because I’ve been ccycling on and off for many years and I have tried so so many times to bulk with Tren. And for me it just doesn’t happen. When im in Tren it litelly makes my buddy into a human furnace. I just continually am burning nutrients up 24/7. I feed my body an abundance of carbs and protein and I definetly transform that’s for sure. But even eating way over my normal maintence the most I’ll do is stay the same weight if not flu care up and down 4-5lbs but the recomp is one of a kind, nothing compares of comes close. There’s a reason why competitors use it specifically for contest time/getting ready for comp. It holds onto muscle like nothing else can come close but it burns far better and faster than anything . My advice if you wanna bulk/add size… do a test/deca or test /Eq cycle and if u wanna keep Tren in there keep it low like 150-200mg week jus to keep the weight gains clean and lean. My last advice is don’t ever have your test lower than everything else. Keep ur test highest or at least even with everything else. Ask any pro competitor weather it’s open/classic/physique hey all keep test highest then add from there. It’s our bodies natural hormone that everything else is derived from.

      Thanks. We will see how it goes….I‘be been so freaking hungry all the time I’ve already went up
      to 4k a day. At 4k I’m still a little hungry but definitely steadily gaining weight with my BF staying at 9%.

      Ziggy that’s great news bro. I am the same way when I’m running Tren, makes me hungry 24/7 like an eating machine. Calories would almost always be in surplus over maintence. But for myself like I mentioned earlier, it’s like my body it just eating and burning up the calories like gasoline. Weight gain will only be 3-5 lbs but between tide 3-5lbs and the recomp effect I get from Tren I look like a different person. It’s the one compound no matter what I always get compliments while on and the people asking me what I’m doing, what I’m eating what I’m taking how I’m training lmao. I actually came back to this thread because I just started a test/tren/Eq run right now. And just within a week I can tell I’m getting leaner and more vascular and hunger is non-stop even to the point it wakes me up during my sleep. Which is my weak point when that happens. Because I’m half asleep pretty much sleep walking I’m eating real sugary stuff that I normally don’t. But luckily being lean it doesn’t do much harm just more guilty feeling.       Tren would be best suited for preventing muscle breakdown or protein turnover. Which is why you can cut on it and not lose size.

      It is also one of the best items for nutrient partitioning. Which is why you eat carbs feel like a furnace and burn your calories. Your bodies metabolism is running on all cylinders. Your mind is in overdrive.

      Best product for the end of a diet phase.
