      yk11 and digestion/digestive issues

So I always like to try out new things and see how they so go.... so I figured I'd try out yk11 on the low end first and see what I notice.... only have used it twice, not on consecutive days and only at 5mg on the day of usage...

What I love so far is it does give that extra cns stimulation and drive and has already lead to some of the best training days I've had in ages!

However... I have noticed that my digestion really suffers on it, very reminiscent of tren... I'm already an outlier for digestive madness because things even on the best of days aren't that good to begin with, so anything that pushes or tips the scales in such a regards just pushes me over the edge digestive wise...

I've never had digestive issues from DHT derived compounds.... perchance yk11 is more a relative of tren than previously thought? Because I've only ever experienced this level of digestive madness on tren before (and so far they're the only 2 that have effected me in this way).... really blows because I love this compound but when you introduce something new and it fires up the old symptoms you've come to hate you know what the cause was straight off the bat.

Yk is a peptide. Increses follistatin, which decreases myostatin. Myostatin is the chemical your body produces to limit muscle growth.

There could be many reasons for the digestive issues. I recommend everyone use pancreatin, its a triple enzyme naturally produced by the pancreas.
      It consists of:
      Prolase - digests protiens
      Amylase - digests carbs
      Lipase - digests fats

As we age, we lose the ability to produce sufficient pancreatin. In addition to proper digestion and absorption of nutrients, those 3 enzymes are the "weapons" your killer-T white blood cells use to attack infections.

Go to Discount Vitamins, Supplements & Natural Health Products | PipingRock Health Products

Get the Piping Rock brand of Pancreatin 1500mg

      Take 1-2 before each meal.

      Pro-tip:
Most men have 20-30lbs of undigested gut-sludge by age 30. Pancreatin will also break down the gut sludge so when you first start taking it, you will probably have some massive bowel cleasing happening. You will feel much healthier. You will get more nutrition from every meal. You will have a much more effective immune system.

I learned about pancreatin from a doc who healed a woman's malignant ovarian cysts by having her dose 10,000mgs pancreatin daily for 30 days. She was already scheduled for surgery. When the they did the pre-surgical scan, they found that the cysts had dissapeared completely!

Pancreatin is an essential component of health. Get on it asap.
Since YK is a peptide, and peptides are protien fragments, AND if you are already on a high protien diet, you may be, and most likely are, deficient in prolase. Pancreatin supplementation should solve your issue and increase your overall well being. You will also experience better gains bc you will actually be able to process a high percentage of what you consume.

Appreciate the advice, I'm always down to give something new a go and see what happens. Never know when you'll find the thing that winds up working surprisingly well!
